Servings: 8 to 10


1 (9-inch) pie crust, fitted to a 9-inch glass pie plate
1 box frozen artichoke hearts, defrosted and drained, or 2 cans artichoke hearts, well drained and quartered
1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese, shredded
5 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt


Preheat oven to 375 F.
Combine all ingredients and pour into the pie crust. Bake at 375 F for 30 to 45 minutes or until golden. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
