1 9-inch pie plate lined with an unbaked pie crust, (preferably homemade)
1 box frozen artichoke hearts, defrosted and drained or 2 cans artichoke hearts, well drained and quartered
1 lb. mozzarella cheese, shredded
5 eggs
Dash freshly grated parmesan cheese
Dash freshly ground black pepper
Dash garlic salt


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients and pour into the pie crust. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until golden. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
